Payment is made via Paypal though bank transfer is possible too.
Paypal is convenient, really easy to use and you don’t even have to have a Paypal account. It is also the most secure way of paying since you don’t need to give your credit card details to Land of Mud & Glory. If you would like to pay by bank transfer (BACS) please contact me via e-mail first.
I’ve ordered. Now what?
Sit back and have a nice cup of tea. If you are lucky and I have the exact shirt already made in your size and colour, it will be in the post within a day or two. If I have to print the t-shirt then it will be a week or so. If I’ve messed up and a shirt has been discontinued – oops – I’ll get in touch asap.
Delivery within the UK is £1.50 for one shirt, £3.00 for two or more shirts. If you want to order bulk please get in touch first. All shirts will be sent by Royal Mail in poly bags that should fit though a standard sized letter box. These bags aren’t remotely sexy but they’re 100% biodegradable which is.
Land of Mud & Glory will send all shirts via Royal Mail who aim to deliver worldwide within 5 days (please don’t rely on that though!). All shipping is calculated at the checkout stage using the standard Royal Mail international postage rates.
If you want to order more than 10 shirts please contact Land of Mud and Glory.
Screen printing is a dark art and on occasion things go wrong. If there’s something wrong with your shirt please, please don’t suffer in silence, get in touch with me and I can either replace it or refund you. If you have to return a shirt, fold and pack it flat (as it was sent to you) and it will go as a large letter and therefore cheaper. If the fault is mine I’ll refund you the postage. If you want to return a shirt for any other reason, that’s fine; just make sure it’s in its original condition and I’ll refund you. Hey, it’s just a t-shirt after all.
Address returns to: Land of Mud & Glory, 65 North Lane, Buriton, GU31 5RS
For mens t-shirts, if you are ordering an organic cotton then go for your usual size See sizing charts for comparison. Men’s bamboo shirts are a little more fitted, nevertheless I would suggest going for your normal t-shirt size. All women’s t-shirts comes up approx 1 size too small so you should go up 1 size. If you are normally a M, try an L.
